Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Resurface API and website at getresurface.dev. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. Contact: office@bulldog-adv.com.

The service

Resurface returns a match score and evidence for a resume against a job description. Scores are automated estimates. They support a human decision and must not be the sole basis for rejecting or hiring a candidate.

Your account and keys

• Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for calls made with them.
• One account per person or company. Do not create accounts to get extra free scores.

Pricing

Each new account includes 50 free scores. After that, scores cost US$0.10 each once billing is enabled; until then, calls beyond the free tier are refused. We will announce price changes on the website before they apply.

Acceptable use

• Only submit resumes and job descriptions you are allowed to process, and comply with the privacy and employment laws that apply to you.
• Do not use the service to discriminate on protected characteristics, to attack or overload it, or to resell raw access without our permission.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms or suspend accounts that break them. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
